Is there a free plan? +
Yes — the Free plan is free indefinitely, not a time-limited trial. It supports up to 2 users and 50 leads, with the deal pipeline, tasks, and basic reports included. Upgrade to Pro or Team from inside your account whenever you outgrow it.
How is Inline360 different from a general-purpose CRM? +
General-purpose CRMs (like Salesforce or HubSpot) aren't built around how real estate transactions actually work — deal stages, commission splits, representation types, and property-specific follow-up. Inline360 is purpose-built for that, so you're not customizing a generic tool for months before it's usable.
Can I import my existing leads and clients? +
Yes. Inline360 includes CSV import/export so you can bring in your existing contacts and pipeline from a spreadsheet or another CRM, and export your data any time.
Do I need separate software for commissions or transactions? +
No — deal and commission tracking are built into the core product, alongside leads and tasks, so your pipeline and your payouts live in the same place.
What does it cost? +

How does billing work? +
Paid plans (Pro and Team) are billed per user, monthly or yearly, and managed from your account's billing page.
